Quadrint Wins fixed price contract to serve as the enterprise-level ASP for NGA’s Corporate Applications Portfolio.

On March 1, 2016, Quadrint Incorporated (Quadrint) announced it has been awarded the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Corporate Applications Lifecycle Support (CA-LCS) contract.  The contract, valued at $71 million over seven years, provides the mechanism to consolidate Application Service Provider (ASP) support for all the agency’s corporate business systems.   Through this vehicle, all application development, sustainment and adaptive maintenance for the agency’s back-office applications will be managed as a single portfolio.

Quadrint has provided integral support to NGA’s Corporate Applications Program since its inception more than fifteen years ago.  Along with its teaming partners, Quadrint helped secure NGA’s leading role in the Intelligence Community (IC) for corporate applications by delivering technological innovation and expanded functional capability.  NGA was the first IC agency to provide employee and manager self-service; first to integrate personnel data for the entire workforce into PeopleSoft; first to fully integrate the Human Capital Management database with other corporate systems; first to implement Time and Attendance; first to deliver ePerformance; first to migrate corporate applications to the C2S cloud; and first to establish a Continuity of Operations capability.

“We’re extremely proud of this program and all the success we’ve had over the years,” says Glenn Merberg, Managing Principal at Quadrint.   “This new contract is a big step forward in realizing NGA’s desired portfolio-based management of corporate assets.   By consolidating the support of all these disparate systems, we can move much more efficiently towards NGA’s cloud-based future.”

Quadrint’s team includes Accenture Federal Services, which was the prime contractor for the previous NGA Corporate Applications support contract, Evoke Research and Consulting, New River Systems, and Knowledge Systems.   These partners bring diverse skills and expertise to the team, including deep agency and application domain knowledge, and expertise in process engineering and quality management.
