Quadrint Managing Principal, Glenn Merberg, explains, “These certifications provide our customers and teaming partners with specific and tangible evidence of our company’s commitment to continuous improvement, our competence in information security and the high quality of our professional service delivery. We’re proud to display these marks as a reminder to our employees and our partners that these are our core values.”
ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security. It details requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS) – the aim of which is to help organizations make the information assets they hold more secure.
ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for service management. It specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a service management system (SMS). An SMS supports the management of the service lifecycle, including the planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services, which meet agreed requirements and deliver value for customers, users and the organization delivering the services.
ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, which is an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from many countries. The ISO 9001 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process-based approach.
