Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
We offer multiple employer-subsidized health insurance plans through UnitedHealthcare. Our health plans all have high deductibles which make them Health Savings Account (HSA) eligible. Additionally, our health insurance plans provide virtual visit and telemedicine options.
Our Vision plan is offered through UnitedHealthcare, and our Dental plan is offered through United Concordia.

With our competitive 401(k) plan, eligible employees receive an automatic safe-harbor contribution of 3% of salary and a company match of employee contributions up to 3%, subject to IRS limits. A free financial advisor is available to all employees.
Paid Professional Development
Client-facing employees may accrue an annual training allowance of more than $5,500 to pursue certifications, trainings, and education to move their career forward.
Employees may accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year. We also offer 10 paid holidays per year for eligible employees.
Additional Paid Leave
We offer additional paid time off for Parental, Military, and Bereavement Leave for eligible employees.
Income Protection Insurance
Quadrint pays 100% of short-term disability, long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance for eligible employees. Employees may purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance.
